Tiger Eyes Tattoo on a Hemophilia patient

First session on this hemophilia patient. He took special meds prior we started tattooing. Need to do some accents here and there in the next session. It’s not the first time someone makes a design like this but I’m pretty happy with the result especially in this situation.
